Fit Rehab Equip Return & Refund Policy

At Fit Rehab Equip, we take pride in providing high-quality equipment and supplies that help our customers build strong, effective, and reliable practices. We know that ordering professional equipment is an important investment, and we want you to feel fully informed about our return, refund, and warranty policies before making a purchase.

This document explains our payment requirements, return eligibility, restocking fees, defective product coverage, and refund process in detail.

 


 

Payment Terms

  • Pre-payment Required: All products must be paid in full before they are shipped. This ensures timely processing and guarantees that your order is reserved.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for customer convenience.

  • Processing Fees:

    • Orders under $500 may be paid by credit card with no additional fee.

    • Orders over $500 paid by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee.

    • Alternative payment methods (such as ACH or check) may be used to avoid this fee.

 


 

Restocking Fees

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all supply returns.

  • This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs associated with restocking.

  • Restocking fees are deducted directly from the refund amount.

 


 

Return Eligibility

We understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Please review the following rules:

  • Supplies (off-the-shelf items):

    • May be returned within 3 business days of delivery.

    • Must be in unused, original condition and in the original packaging.

    • All returns require prior approval (see Return Process below).

  • Tables (Special Orders):

    • All tables are considered custom or special orders and are non-returnable.

    • In rare or extreme circumstances, we may consider an exception at our sole discretion.

    • If approved, additional restocking or handling fees will apply.

  • Products Beyond 3 Days:

    • Any product returned after 3 business days of receipt will not be eligible for return, regardless of condition.

 


 

Return Process

To ensure smooth processing, all returns must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service within 3 business days of receiving your product to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Provide the following information:

    • A list of the items you wish to return

    • Original invoice number(s) and purchase date(s)

    • Reason(s) for the return

  3. Wait for confirmation from Customer Service. You will receive either:

    • A Return Authorization number, which must be included with your return shipment; or

    • Notification that your request is not eligible for return.

  4. Ship the product back using a reliable carrier. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Important: Unauthorized returns (items sent back without prior approval) will not be accepted.

 


 

Defective or Warranty Returns

Fit Rehab Equip stands behind the quality of our products:

  • Warranty Coverage:

    • All new products (with the exception of tables) are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

    • Tables may have limited warranty terms; please contact Customer Service for details.

  • Resolution:

    • If a defect is confirmed, Fit Rehab Equip will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to the customer.

    • Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

  • Process:

    • Contact Customer Service to describe the defect and provide purchase details.

    • We will evaluate the claim and provide instructions on repair or replacement.

 


 

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Deductions:

    • Restocking fees (where applicable) will be deducted.

    • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Processing: Refunds will not be processed until the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.
